Extra work requires written agreement on cost and timing before it begins.
3. Payments
Your proposal sets the deposit, milestones and payment deadlines. Overdue invoices may pause delivery.
4. Revisions
Included review rounds are agreed in advance; further revisions require a separate estimate.
5. Scheduling
Delivery dates depend on receiving your content, decisions and approvals on time.
6. Your materials
Please supply accurate information and assets you have permission to use.
7. Ownership
The project agreement defines ownership, handover, third-party licences and permission to publish completed work.
8. Ending a project
Cancellation, payment for completed work and any refunds follow your signed project agreement.
9. External platforms
Hosting, subscriptions and integrations remain subject to their providers’ terms and availability.
10. Responsibility
Any warranty and liability provisions are defined in your agreement, subject to applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
This page may change; an existing signed agreement continues to govern that project.
