POPERTY is our in-house exploration of a more considered real estate website. We designed and developed the experience around the way a space feels before turning to the details of a search. Receding archways set the opening scene; monochrome photography, offset compositions and quiet typography carry that architectural point of view through the collection, individual homes and journal. The result brings an editorial identity to a complete, responsive property discovery experience.
Designed and developed in-house by ydevstudio. POPERTY is a self-initiated website concept, not a client commission. The architectural imagery is conceptual, and the listing details are illustrative. No live inventory, property transactions or inquiry delivery is claimed.

Let the architecture lead.
The opening image establishes depth and scale. From there, a restrained palette, generous margins and contrasting image proportions give each composition its own pace. A scroll-led study of space, light and character connects the imagery to the idea of home. On mobile, the same direction is recomposed around a smaller screen and native touch interactions.
Make the next step feel clear.
Behind the visual direction is a working discovery flow: URL-based filters, sorting, locally saved homes and comparison. Individual property pages pair image galleries and keyboard-accessible viewing with a clear information hierarchy. Built with Next.js, TypeScript and GSAP, the site includes responsive imagery and reduced-motion alternatives. Demo inquiries prepare an unsent draft; live inventory and agency services are separate integration steps.
